Ruby is a recipe tester, developer, editor, writer, and caterer, with a love for cookbooks, sustainable sourcing, walking, thinking, writing, and eating and drinking delicious things.
She is currently working as a recipe tester on a soon-to-be-released cookbook, and in hospitality marketing, with experience using Monday, Revinate, Sanity.io, and Squarespace. Ruby has previously worked in NYC and Tokyo kitchens, as a production assistant, in marketing for wine (strangely, it doesn’t sell itself…), as well as in specialty Italian food importing.
She is keen to continue exploring all that food and cooking offer.
